Virginius Reserve

The Activo cardio and resistance station installed at the Virginius Reserve, Padstow, features an array of fitness units designed to target specific muscle groups.

The six items were designed in a straight line, to best fit the space and allow for maximum exercise potential; and to create a circuit, where users can move through the units to achieve a full body workout.

Equipment includes:

• Crosstrainer
• Chest Press
• Rider
• Sit-up Plank
• Lat Pull-down
• Bike

UrbanFiT worked with Bankstown City Council to design this outdoor gym. The long-lasting stainless steel elements will continue to serve the community for years to come.
