Situated on the shores of the Shellcove Marina is the one stop destination for a daily workout, with the added bonus of a beautiful waterfront location!

“The Cage” is ideal for a high-traffic area along a running track or pathway and provides users with the facilities for cardio, flexibility, and full-body strength exercises. Its relatively compact footprint means it can be installed in public areas with space constraints and is able to cater for multiple users at a time.

Each activity comes with informative signage for recommended exercises but of course remain open to ability level and creativity.

Another successful fitness instalment, using state-of-the-art equipment to encourage our local communities to keep active and healthy!
